Refund & Exchange Policy
At Rite, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great pride in the quality of our fragrances, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You received the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ritebeautyco@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

1- Your order number
2- A description of the issue
3- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

1- Opened or used perfumes
2- Products not in original condition or packaging
3- Items on offers or sale

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an update via email. If approved, your refund will be processed through Instapay.

Exchanges

If you are eligible for an exchange:

- You may choose a product of equal value
- If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
